1. Who we are & scope
Instant3D.co provides AI‑powered Image→3D and Text→3D generation tools via our web app and APIs. This Policy applies to visitors, trial users, customers, and enterprise clients using our website, app, and services.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization, and plan details.
- Content you provide: images, prompts, and other inputs you upload to generate 3D models, plus resulting outputs and metadata.
- Usage data: app interactions, logs, device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, referral URLs.
- Billing data: payment method, billing address, transaction identifiers (processed by our payment provider).
- Support communications: messages you send us (email, forms, chat) and attachments.
3. How we use data
- Provide, secure, and maintain the services.
- Generate and deliver 3D outputs you request.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and ensure acceptable use.
- Improve performance and user experience.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the service); consent (for certain marketing/cookies); and compliance with legal obligations.
6. AI models & training
By default, we do not use customer inputs or outputs to train our foundation models. We may analyze aggregated, de‑identified usage statistics to improve reliability and performance. For customers who explicitly opt in, we may use selected data to fine‑tune models for that customer’s use case, subject to a Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
8. International transfers
We may process data in multiple regions. Where transfers occur from the EEA/UK/Switzerland to countries without an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
9. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the services, fulfill the purposes outlined here, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to certain exceptions.
10. Security
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted transport (TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive data, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to continuously improve our protections.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. 12. Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us to request deletion.
