By accessing or using Instant3D.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Use of Service
- You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
- You may not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Generated 3D models are provided under a license for your permitted use (see below).
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Instant3D.co platform, including software, trademarks, and content, remain with Instant3D.co. You retain rights to your own uploaded content and generated models, subject to these Terms.
Licenses
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for lawful purposes. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use generated 3D models in your projects, including commercial projects, unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
Payments & Billing
Certain features require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided only where required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant3D.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app). Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
